     Online-performance: Design not for the working of production line

     Application: Slip~on Flange for the welding line of the internal and external incidence angle

     Welding Capacity: Excellent (250~350 inch/day, which is 4 times higher than the manual welding)

     Surface Forming: Excellent (the welding gun will always be positioned in the optimum position)

Technical parameters

     Machine head system: one welding head with two welding guns at one end/two welding heads with four welding guns both at two ends .

     Driving system: driven the motor of active idler wheel frame

     Clamping system: clamped by chain or contact roller

     Bracket system: two sets of active idler wheel frame are to be set and it is adjustable according to the pipe length along the track.
